Back to work after a small celebration...will celebrate with a pizza...by myself...alone...lmbo
Did some form work on squats because I have deads tomorrow. Bar x20 95x10 ...fat boy is outta breath..lol 135x10 225x8 275x8 315x5 All were ATG and really focusing on keeping chest up, no belt just knee sleeves. Leg press 360x10 450x8 500x10 500x10 That's enough....

Thank you all, 6pps would be stellar and then I could call myself the Bench Daddy...lmbo Today was deads, i actually lowered my percentage from 80% to 70% and changed my stance to sumo. I haven't had a day that I just really dialed in sumo, do I took one. Sumo 135x5 225x5 315x5 420x3 420x3 420x3 420x3 420x5 420x5 DB rows 55x25/20 55x25/20 Backward sled drags... Took time to help other teammates focus on form and loading. The Tuna hit 3 PRs after missing 335 five times! He went 340/345/350 on deads! Currently his total is 875, should be able to dial I'm already another 50-75lbs before meet in May. This kid is making huge strides at just 16yrs old.
