Awesome squats. Very nice deadlifts.

Steve is too nice to say it, but imagine f***ing the bar. That's how you finish a deadlift. Now if only I was half as strong as you in getting the dang thing up to my knees!! I can finish them if I can only get them high enough. And that's enough said along those lines! haha.

Good stuff Josh! Impressive all around.

How did the 635s feel?

Looks like your knees were in a bit compared to your toes, and as a result they were hanging a little high. Hate to log spam unsolicited advice. Just don't want you to get hurt.

If the only point was to overload then disregard.

6 actually felt extremly easy, expecially the 3rd rep. That rack was really tight, had to tak a very small step back and had a bar in front me so I had to un-rack it straight legged...but yea I was trying to overload...it was my first time ever doing these.
