Squat
175kg x 3 x 2 sets (beltless) 195kg x 3 x 2 sets 210kg x 2 x 3 sets These were fucking terrible. The last set was "okay," but the first two were fucking trash. Oh well, it was a volume PB, and I pulled a 25kg PB two days ago. I guess I can't complain. Fucked around with front squats. Bench Lots of warmup sets/reps, then: 90kg x 1 100kg x 1 110kg x 1 120kg x 1 The 120kg was very fast, so I'm happy with that. It's been a number of weeks since I benched, so that's promising. 90kg x 5 x 5 sets |

I think my inflamed vaginal walls caused my back to be tired, which in turn caused my form to feel quite off, ya. The first set felt fine, technique wise. It was just slowish.
Second set I basically good morning'd both reps. Third set was a bit of a redemption, but still slower than I'd like. ---- Today Chins x 6 x 3 sets, x 5 x 2 sets Pull ups x 6 x 2 sets, x 5 x 2 sets DB Rows 110 lbs x 6 x 3 sets, x 10 x 1 set DB Hammer Curls |
