Holy fuck. You just made my day Dave. That was spectacular in every detail. Congratz. I think I may have said it before, but I really can't wait to see what you do for a finale PR Pull in Richmond. I wish I could be there to just watch you lift.

In regards to that deadlift, I noticed that my hips shoot a little bit too fast, and my shoulders get over the bar. This also caused the bar to get a little forward and I had to rein it back in. In turn, this caused a really sloppy lock out.

Stuff to work on, I guess.
