Squats
175kg x 5 x 5 sets Front squats 115kg x 2 x 6 sets I tried SO fucking hard to do these right, about a billion sets at lower weights trying, and I just bloody couldn't. Videos will follow. Bench Lots and lots of warm ups, singles up to 90kg. Bench seems good to go for Monday. DB Rows 30lbs x billion x 2 sets BPAs |

Finally got the time to upload videos. I didn't bother taking the 175...cause it's 175.
Not even fucking close. A little bit better, but still fucking horrendous I missed getting video of the next, but apparently it got better. But then went back to terrible. Still no god damn difference. Slightly better? Still leaning, but the best one so far I think? |
