175kg x 5 x 5 sets

Front squats
115kg x 2 x 6 sets

I tried SO fucking hard to do these right, about a billion sets at lower weights trying, and I just bloody couldn't. Videos will follow.

Bench
Lots and lots of warm ups, singles up to 90kg. Bench seems good to go for Monday.

DB Rows
30lbs x billion x 2 sets

Thanks, Ravi.

These were actually 5kg more than I did 5x5 with 3 weeks ago, and they were much easier. Next time I'll be using 180kg I would think, as they were very very easy.

I just count in my head. Sometimes I lost count and have to start over again, so a billion could very well be 2-3 billion

Finally got the time to upload videos. I didn't bother taking the 175...cause it's 175.


Not even fucking close.


A little bit better, but still fucking horrendous

I missed getting video of the next, but apparently it got better.


But then went back to terrible.


Still no god damn difference.


Slightly better?


Still leaning, but the best one so far I think?

I tried multiple approaches there. I always break at the knees first, but I've tried pushing them straight forward, straight to the side, and kind of diagonal (and different degrees of diagonal if you can picture that). I think what worked best so far is pushing my knees diagonal at about 45 degrees and then really actively pushing them to the sides. I might just need to keep doing that with more practice and patience.
