---- Bike 5 minutes Skip 5 minutes PVC Roll - Thoracic spine 20 passes, IT Band/Quad roll ~40 passes Agile 8 Banded ankle stretch Banded hip stretch Oly shoes on, bottom of the hole ankle stretch Squat 170kg x 3 x 2 belt 195kg x 2 x 2 sets 210kg x 1 x 1 set 220kg x 1 x 3 sets 195kg x 2 x 4 sets Front squat 110kg x 3 x 6 sets Military Press 60kg x 3 x 5 sets 45kg x 10 x 5 sets Those 220 squats felt like nothing on my back, and felt incredibly easy. They looked the same as my 195's move, so I'm happy with that. 220 is also the most I've ever squatted in the gym, and if past meet cycles are any indication, 240 is easy, 250 is doable. |

Nice Dave! Looks like a big squat pr is coming for nationals I'd ball park 245ish, atleast that's how my 90% squats look like that. Looks like I got some work to do.

That's what I'd say, too. I've got a few more weeks left, though. I also find mine hard to tell -- I move the weight the same speed on just about every set.

Thanks, guys.
I'd like to sink that a LITTLE bit more. I think I might make it my opener at Nationals, and I like to get openers down more than my other attempts. Get on the judges good side lol. |

EZPZ squat Paradox!! I agree you might want to hit just a tad deeper to remove any doubt from a stubborn judge!! New PR on the way

They definitely went much better than expected, and I'm happy with it. I think I also need a different color of shorts, the black makes it difficult to tell. The angle doesn't help either, but regardless, deeper is definitely needed.
