Yeah definitely sit into the pull more before you explode, the more you can load your suit at the bottom the more pop you get. This is me mid-way through last year, while the back isn't arched it's in about the same position as I finish and that's what you want.

Thanks for the advice. I think for some reason I wasn't really pulling back as much as I should. This caused my chest to be collapsed and my shoulders to be in front of the bar. Will work on this lots next Wednesday.

Too bad I don't lift equipped right now :P

Thanks, Jim. I hope so too. I believe I have some pretty junky areas that need some serious rolling. Mainly, I need to smash the shit out of my medial chain with a barbell and make external rotation much easier/more efficient. That, plus focusing on really bringing my chest up (allowing shoulders to go back and back to become straighter) should fix my deads up.

I live in the south of the glenmore reservoir, I'm geussing you live in the north considering you said was close to you.
