At Peak Power, during my course, I saw a Oly Lifter doing front squats with no hands. I thought I was seeing things or hallucinating.
There were at least 7 lifters practicing at the time. Lots of noise to say the least.

Thanks, Hunter.
My lats were still fried from Saturday's upper back work, and I could really tell when it came to benching. I'll take that as a good sign though, apparently I'm getting better at using my lats while benching. |
