WHATS UP TEAM MAB!!!

Today I did a special workout that I have done two times now, since I originally learned about it from watching the Legend Rich Gaspari talk about it! What it is is combining Back and Chest into one workout to create a MONSTER Push/Pull Mayhem Madness!! And it ROCKS!! I would not suggest doing it every week, but maybe once a month! It is a GREAT way to shock the body and spice up your workout split! Plus it supplies one hell of a PUMP! be prepared though, it does take a GREAT deal of energy and intensity and will tire you out, so plan for this with proper rest, nutrition, and supplementation and then DOMINATE!!!!

Here is the order that I did my workout today:

-Cable Crossovers
-Lat Pulldowns
-Basic Chest Press Machine
-Supported T Bar Rows
-Chest Press Machine(with foot press attachment)

-Basic Back Row Machine
-Pec Deck

In a workout I use more machines when I am wanting to add in more intensity techniques and in a special push/pull workout like this, I keep this my goal the whole workout to really shock my body!

Here are some of the techniques:

-With the Basic Chest Machine I can do multiple drop sets very quickly by myself!

- With the Chest Press Machine(with foot press attachment) I like to go as Heavy as possible and then when I reach TOTAL failure, I use an AMAZING Technique I learned from another LEGEND Mr. Dorian Yates, where you use your feet to do the positive(press) portion of the lift, and let the chest handle the weight on the negative portion when you bring the weight down! This has been PROVEN to Dramatically BREAK down more muscle tissue than just putting effort into the positive and more breaking down, equals more building, which means MORE MUSCLE SON!!!!

- With the Machine Back Row every time I pull the bar back I hold and squeeze HARD for a count of 5, while still going as heavy as possible!

- With the Pec Deck I do multiple drop sets and hold the stretch and contraction for a count!

Give any of these techniques or whole workout a try and I guarantee it will MAKE YOU GROW!!!!

Post Time To Get HUGE: Sheldon Haynie Bodybuilder Log

Hey Team MAB!!

I am BACK again for a SECOND Log post today, because my Arm workout was soo Damn Good I had to write a Log about it!!

So I get to the Gym last night, it's 9:12pm Gym is closing at 10! I know it is time to KICK IN IN GEAR! I go upstairs get warmed up with my usual reunite(I will record this soon and post on SheldonHaynieTV), and then start off, grab my Grip On out of my Gym Bag and hook them on for some Rope Pressdowns, which is ALWAYS My first exercise!! Going nice and slow stretching the rope out at the bottom squeezing, I can already feel that HUGE PUMP COMING!!!! Then I bring over a 90 Degree Bench and do some overhead extension with the rope!! After this on to MORE pushdowns with an EZ CURL bar, I look at the clock and it is still ticking getting around 9:30, so after I do my 4th set of EZ bar Pressdowns of 130 I do a drop set all the way down to 100 pounds! COMPLETELY DESTROYING THOSE TRICEPS!! Then I quickly make my way down the hall to the Bicep Preacher Curl, see the clock its getting past 9:30 I need to pick it up even more!! I do a few sets on the preacher to warm up the biceps going nice and slow squeezing hard and on the last set doing a drop set to make sure as MUCH BLOOD as possible is PUMPED into those Biceps!! Then straight into Barbell Curls for 4 sets and ONCE again adding in a drop set on the last set!! By this time I have about 15 minutes until closing so I hit 4 sets of Dumbbell Hammer Curls supersetted with reverse barbell curls! I am able to finish right at 9:55 with a HUGE SET OF MONSTER PUMPED ARMS!!!! :vroam" Then I did my stretches and I make it out right on the 10:00 dot!!

I wanted to share this workout because of busy factors I ended up running late to the Gym, but not only did I still make it, but I used INTENSITY to make it one of the BEST DAMN ARM WORKOUTS I have EVER Had!! So remember Keep your Intensity HIGH and your PUMP will be HUGE!!!!
