2013.02.13 - Last one down the hatch. Overall assessment:

• The energy boost is a plus. It does not make me jittery like some have in the past.
• The diuretic mostly evacuated water through increased urination. Only one time did it have an effect on solid waste.
• Heat generation: Yes there were at times when taking this product plus drinking Green Tea were my body's core temp raised enough to cause sweating indoors with out physical activity.
