The energy boost is a positive as I want to take more than the 2 per day limit.

The mood boost (for me at least) depends on the mood I might be in at any given time. For instance, if I am in a good mood, then I end up being more energtic and 'crazy' at work bouncing around doing silly things.

However, the opposite mood of anger or depression can be elevated as well. For instance there may be a day or two where I will be silent all day at work and then people 'become concerned' that I have not spoken all day.
