Hunter - The workout in itself was okay to be fair, i wasn't planning on going any heavier than I did and I got all the reps. It just felt slower and heavier than it should and I felt very uncoordinated. Just one of those days.

Steve - Mate, I just smashed half a pound of beef with veg, washed that down with 3 protein shakes (3 x 40g protein). Now lying infront of me is a large pot of tea, lemon cake, pecan pie, 2 x Fab ice lollies, 2 Kit-Kats and the remainder of a fruit n nut bar.

If my stomach thinks it's having a break tonight, it can get f**ked!!!

Swede - I'll be fine mate, just a temporary thing I think.

Jim - Depends is the best answer I can give you. At the moment I'm trying to bend the fuck out of my upper back, but keep my lower arched. The 'arch' you saw may have been the hump in my upper back made by rounding the upper back. The video was dark.

Babs - Yeah! Needed to be done though, I was feeling very flat. CHanged my backloading around a little, so I'm doing it every night now. I'm a bit more bloated throughout the week but I look fuller.

Jen -

Josh - Haha, it didn't stand a chance.

Jim - I wish I was a hardgainer, those lucky sods can gain off 2 squat sets a week!

Ravi - Yessir, feeling better already.

Steve - Technically they were halves, so in my mind it made sense to have two!
