Thanks for answering the question but I was hoping for a little more info about specifically what stretching you're doing in your warm-ups as opposed to improve flexibility over a period of time. Not so much gaining the flexibility as getting your body ready to demonstrate it if that makes sense?

Hips, hamstrings, thighs, calves.

All the same as what I said in the video Al. But I think flexibility isn't as influential as people (me included) sometimes give it credit for. Unless you have some serious prior injury (like my hammies) it can be mostly remedied by form alterations.

Great work as always Faz! This reminds me of Marty Gallagher's explanation of the tough guy cycle. Heavy, heavier, heavier, injury, light. Something like that anyway. It tickles me

Steve - Haha, it was intended to be funny! I talked to Tom and he said I could skip Thursday session if I wanted to. I may just do the Bench portion and some Chins, but I'll be back home late tonight so may not even get a chance.

Either way it's back on Sunday. Probably, hopefully!

Hunter - Lol, the shirt is funny. Can't recall if Al got it first or I did. Eithe way, love it.

Jim - I know! I think the reason was the Squat/Bench was done heavy the week before that, the Deadlift was done heavy just last week. So I think a lighter than 190kg Dead was in order this week. Hindsight eh.

ED and Rynpel- I personally like a much lighter deload. But Tom has this 'thing' about work capacity blah blah

Ravi - I hope not! lol

Jay - That sounds about right lol

Al got that shirt first. Classic! He sets most of the shirt trends. You set the pajamas and slippers trends.

Nice work capacity. You still on about rest times too?

You sound different than I expected. Nice smooth tones there. You should be in radio.

Just to set the record straight: Faz got the shirt first. I copied him.

Rob - I know lol, I just about feel better now. I skipped thursday.

Mike - I don't time rest periods, but I typically work faster in the first part of the month when there's more to do. It still get's done in about an hour.

Al - Aha, ok I honestly didn't remember. I knew I must have seen it somewhere.

---

Right training tomorrow, which means video tomorrow. If you want me to talk about anything in particular then shoot. Otherwise I'll ramble on about some crap.
