Sunday 3rd February - Deload Stretching Bodyweight High Bar, beltless 20kg x 6 60kg x 3 100kg x 3 135kg x 1 90kg x 5, 5, 5 Bench Press 60kg x 3 100kg x 3 120kg x 1 80kg x 5, 5, 5 SLDL 60kg x 3 120kg x 3, 3, 3 Very happy with Squat form today, nice and deep and controlled. The warm ups and stretching prior to training helped a lot. Reps were still pretty challenging, but I should be feeling better by the end of the week. Video with lifts and rambling |

Nice commentary. Two things to note for me:
1. I always thought you were and are capable of a lot more. If you keep the extra mass on (filling the t-shirt nicely), you'll be doing some serious damage on the raw platform this year. 2. Please can I have more info on what stretching you're doing as part of you warm-ups. I am including more into mine but would like to remove some of the hit and miss nature of it if I can. Thanks.
