Ravi - Thanks! I will, this week will be pretty tough. But I get an easy-ish two weeks after that.

Swede -

Hazz - He's over his injury now, he's working up to some ridiculous squatting. He did 180x10 and looking to push that to 200x10 soon enough.

On another note, I was thinking of voicing over some of my videos with thoughts on the lift and whatever else comes to mind. Would people be interested in that, or should I stick to music?

Fucking GREAT day!

I'm honestly flabbergasted. I know I've gained weight, more protein etc but this...

Fronts felt good, 20kg PR on that. Bench felt like nothing, 100kg literally felt like the empty bar. Finally the Deadlift, well that's a lift I've seen very little progress on past my first year or two in training having hovered around 220-230 for a long time and now this.
