Default Gym pigeon, no more. I quit curling in the squat rack

1st time poster. I have read the forum for a while. I guess its time I post.
I Like everyone here. It seems like a good place to keep my log and help keep me motivated.
First a little bit about myself. I am 37 years old. Untill 4 months ago I hadnt lifted in about 15 years. I had gotten really out of shape. Beer belly, 34" waist 190 lbs.
I had never, even when I used to work out done squats or deadlifts. I started about 4 months ago with a 3 day split routine, including 20 rep squats and deadlifts. I started with just the bar and added 10 or 20 lbs to each exercise each week.
Now my body weight is up to about 205 lbs, and I am down to a 32" waist. My bench is still really weak. but I gain on it every week. My squat and deadlift gain easily every week.
I got a trap bar for Christmas and love it for deadlifts it seems much easier on the back. I just restarted my routine after my rest week so the weights are a little lower.

Pulling day:

Chin ups x3

Underhand pull down 110 x 10 x 2 sets

Trap bar shrugs 190 x 10 x 3 sets

Chin ups x 3

Wide grip lat Pull down 90 x 10 x 3 sets

Wasn't supposed to be a DL day, but I never have lifted very heavy wanted to give it a try.
Last DL day was Sunday. I had lifted 190 x 20

Trap Bar Deadlift
190 x 2
240 x 1
290 x 1
300 x 2
310 x 2
320 x 2
I figured I would call it quits there. Everything felt light to my back and legs, but was scared I might pull something. Just never lifted that heavy, bit was harder on my hands and arms than anything else. I am sure I can go heavier.
