11 Jan 2013 WT... 205.5 Back, Biceps, And Triceps Pull UPs-- 10/10/10/10 Seated Cable rows-- 160x10/180x10/200x6+2/220x4 DB rows-- 80x10/10/10/10 Preacher curls-- 75x9/65x9/55x10/55x8 Stand DB curls-- 35x10/10/9/9 Skull Krushers-- 75x8/8/8/7 Tri cable superset-- 65x10/10/65x10/10/65x10/10 great day today increased weight in a few excercises and gained reps in a few, so over all a good day... one of the fire fighters that workout at teh same time as me asked me today if i was Special Forces.....lol, i had to laugh and asked him why? he said cause i used to see you in here all the time and then you where gone for a while and now your back... i figured with the beard you must be SF, and had been out on a mission.... funny stuff!!!
