SLDL-- 135x10/ 185x10/ 205x8/ 225x8 Leg Ext-- 140x15/ 155x15/ x 4 sets Leg Press-- 440x18/530x8/ 620x8/620x8 Gobblet skwats-- trying to get some depth, so here goes... done explosively.... 50x10, ok i see the depth.. 60x10/ 70x10/ 75x10... could really feel these, i will do these on mondays and then Skwat heavy on thrusdays.. we will see if i can t figure this depth thing out...

I swear by the Goblets or my name aint Squatter. They also helped me to develop a bit of a bounce or rebound out of the hole. Before I ever tried them, I thought they were for sissies lol.
