Yeah man. Felt great to do bodyweight (or close enough) for the 20 repper. Maintained good form and went parallel on all of them. It's one of my favorite parts of the week.

2-20 Deadlifts
Uggh. Tired today. Forgot my water bottle in the truck and didn't have cash on me to get a bottled drink. No juggernaut. Deadlifts 315/3 335/3 375/1 I almost got 2 on the 375, but couldn't quite get it up. I will post videos later for critique. Strict Military Press 95/7/5/6 Pullups 1/1/1 Dips 11/9/7 Seated Calf Raises 90/12/12/12 Edit: No video. The quality turned out terrible. Next week I will hopefully have a real camera instead of my laptop.

I was talking with Begota late last night about competition and such. I would really like to compete June 29 at the Deep South Open in Mississippi. I really enjoyed the MaB fullbody routine, and I have seen great gains. It is just terribly inefficient where I lift. What is appealing to me about the Korte 3x3 is that I can post up in the power rack for an hour. It also keeps me from dealing with the bros too much.
2 scoops of juggernaut and about 7 minutes on the bike while it was settling in. I love the energy boost I get from it and the pumps seem so much stronger. Squats 215/8x5reps Bench 140/8x6 Deadlifts 230/7x5 I really REALLY enjoyed this. Get in, lift, and get out. super-efficient. Next week I am gonna alter a little bit for the 225 challenge on Monday. Happy birthday to me!! If anyone has tips for this program, I am all for any help I can get.

2 scoops of Juggernaut HP. I am actually able to handle it now with diluting it so much. Plus I get extra water! Yay!! Felt it working during warmups and it was in full effect on my 225 rep challenge.
Squats: 225/25 WOOT WOOT!! 215/2x5 Bench: 140/7x6 Deads: 230/6x5 I like this program a lot already. It's been a long long time since I did high volume. I think I will make this a birthday tradition, seeing as the weight is 225 and my birthday is 2-25.
