Looks like a really sensible way to approach your lifting this year Steve. I am looking forward to hopefully helping things along the best I can and also to learn a few things from you.
I always seem to get the feeling your teaching me the things that cannot usually be taught, sort of speak. (Hope that makes sense haha )Happy benching on the chain gang tonight!!
