I was thinking about the same thing. That slight difference of having a 40ish pound deload in the hole helped with confidence a bit. Made putting 585 on my back easier. I might play around with both and perhaps use one as a lighter day.

Bench strength is coming back. Hit 415 today easily, after missing 410 last week. I felt strong and went for it.

Bench Press - Slanger

315 x 5
315 x 5 - Close Grip

A few dips, front plate raises, fat grip overhead presses, AND I managed to roll out of the leg press machine myself busting anything important.
