Bulgarian Squats are a standout. I just started doing them a few weeks ago so I can appreciate how hard they are.

Wednesday 1/9/13
Today me and Dylan both got to the gym late so we kinda just had a do what we want day and it was fun and full of PR's! Deadlift 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 3 275 x 1 300 x 1 315 x 1 335 x 1 new pr!! 340 failed those 5 extra lbs felt like 100 Squat 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 3 285 x 3 315 x 2 335 x 1 New PR!!!! Been low carbing since the beginning of the week and lost 2 lbs already I feel great too no crash at all. I have my macros now at 65% f 30 % p and 5% c
