Squats 245 x 5 x 3 Pendley Rows/ss Hammer Strength Rows 165 x 5 x 3 140 x 8 x 3 DB Press/ss lat flyes 60 x 5 x 3 25 x 10 x 3 Bench 205 x 5 x 3 Cable Curls/ss tri pulldowns 100 x 8 x 3 120 x 8 x 3 Reverse Pec Deck 90 x 10 x 3 had a late start tonight and wanted to get in some heavy lower rep work mixed with some hypertrophy work. I've been super setting a lot and I love the way I'm feeling! More work same amount of time equals win. Today was my weigh in day and I'm down 1.2 lbs this week not great but kind of expected since I had an epic cheat meal of indian food followed up by a pint of ben and jerrys and two party where I ate chips so I'll take the lose. That now puts me at 17.2 lbs since jan 6th so I'm averaging about 2.8 lbs a week which is fine with me
