They feel good up until the 7th rep. I think I'm to used to doing low rep sets. Also this cycle I'm trying to focus more on back work I feel like I neglected back a lot and its a weak point for me. My chiro seemed to agree and told me I have an imbalance of front delta and pecs compared to back

Squats 205 x 8 x 3 BB Rows/lat pull down 145 x 8 x 3 120 x 8 x 3 DB shoulder press/high pulls 50 x 8 x 3 90 x 8 x 3 Bench 155 x 8 x 3 Curls 80 x 8 x 3 Dips BW x 10,10,10,9,6 Last night was my weekly weigh in and I lost 4.6lbs bringing the total to 16lbs since January 6th
