Saturday 2/2/13
Squats 205 x 5 x 5 SLDL 150 x 8 x 3 Leg Press 500 x 8 x 3 I took it light today on the squats and I think i really dialed in my form. I brought my feet in a little bit and set up a little stool below depth and nailed them all. Made sure my back had a nice arch and stayed really tight through the whole thing
