It's my own, simple version of Starting Strength/MadCow5x5 with the emphasis shifted to DL and OH pressing.

Default Light day...not much to see here!

Feeling a bit sore and tired today so kept it really simple.

Did some bench dips 10/10/10/15/15/15 alternated with BW calf raises (6x30).
Then some rotator cuff work alternated with BW toe squats.
Finished with some foam rolling of posterior chain & back plus left anterior delt.
Tennis ball rolled both plantar fascia.

That's it.

Wasn't anything major...I may have been fighting a beginning cold, but it never took root. Also, I think it's just 3 solid weeks of 5 sessions per week after being on the bench for so long...
