Squat (low-bar, medium-wide stance, below parallel) 135x10 145x8 155x6 BB Bench Press 115x10 125x8 135x6 Bent-over Fly 10x10 10x10 10x10 Pull Ups (9x4 intraset) 36 Took a couple sets for the pull ups to feel good. It was funny to bench 135 and feel like it was a milestone! Got to up the BO Flys...3 sets of 10 isn't that serious...
