Someone "borrowed" the 20# and 25# DBs from the gym room!
WTF! Went slightly lighter on arms, but added weight to the DB snatches and did some DB swings as a warm up since I couldn't ramp the weights. DB Curl 10x15, 15x15, 15x15 DB OH Tricep Extension 10x15, 15x15, 15x15 DB Lateral Fly 10x15, 10x15, 10x15 DB Swing 15x10R/10L DB Snatch 30x5L/5R, 30x5L/5R, 30x5L/5R Standing Calf Raise BW x 280. (14x20 intraset)

I like your new realistic personal goals.
![]() I remember someone "borrowed" the only dip belt at my old gym. They still hadn't found it by the time I left there. I found my hips and little muscles were a hell of a lot happier with squats after doing some mobility and active stretching stuff. Nice progress, keep on trucking.

You have some rather good numbers yourself! I think Fazc was right on about the potential of the average guy being able to hit a 500 squat, 350 bench and 550 DL. My gyms bests are ~355 squat, 250 bench and 405 DL. This year will be recapturing those numbers...next year will be setting new PRs! I have my own DBs but was just getting into a groove for the light workout. The heavy workouts are outdoors in the garage since most gyms don't have the equipment I need. Let's see if the DBs appear by next Tuesday. You're right, a good warm up really makes a difference. First time I only did goblet squats (with a press). This time I added a light BB squat set and it made all the difference. Thanks for the encouragement!

Thans, Elite. It's killing my ego that I'm posting sub-PR numbers, but I'm on my way to new PRs this year.
Thanks, BtB. Feeling better every week. Should start seeing minor body changes in the next week or two.
