big conditioning day, especially considering your day job. that's quite a few wide-grip pullups considering it was the last couple sets and you'd been carrying stuff all day.

Another good squat/bench day...
almost the same external variables as last week's session except I didn't take any pre-workout and went in a little tired. Still really good though! Heaviest squat and bench sets felt smooth and bar speed was ok. Warm up Toe Squat - BWx20 Push up - BWx20 B/O DB Fly - 12x20 Lunge - BWx20 DB Skullcrusher - 15x20 DB Front Raise - 12x10/side Pull ups - BWx10 Squat (low-bar, medium-wide stance, parallel) 165x5 185x5 195x5 205x3 215x3 225x3 BB Bench Press 145x5 165x5 175x5 185x3 195x3 205x3 ...superset with... DB Row 25x10/side 25x10/side 25x10/side 25x10/side 25x10/side 25x10/side
