I just read some area's in CO. got up to 6 ft of snow, how hard you get hit. We keep getting anywhere from 1-6 its adding up fast. Ready for Spring!

Taking another day off. All is well, just busy and it's cold. Weather should be much nicer next week...
Will get back on track with 2 heavy lifting days and 2 conditioning days. To maintain progress on the big lifts will simplify those workouts a little. Need the conditioning work to get ready for busier times at work and to get in some things that the heavy, bilateral barbell work does not address.
