haha, yeah...mostly bodybuilding, but unless I blew a disc, tore a shoulder muscle or pulled a quad, etc.. I never took any breaks...
now, I'm old enough where the breaks aren't good strategy...they're mandatory for survival!

Advil worked well...helped me sleep soundly. Light Tuesday and no gym last night seemed to help, too. Feel much better today.
Expecting a light day at work, so I should be good for my usual workout tonight. The tweak may be to reduce or eliminate the light workout days. They weren't in my original plan anyway and, for me, recovery is easily as important as training to advancing my strength. today is the end of week 4. Still planning to deload every 4th week though, starting with week 8. Needless to say, I'm psyched to lift tonight. Thanks to all for input along the way!

Good times. Workout was great! A little rest seemed to do the trick.
Everything felt good. DL bar speed was righteous. Felt stable for pressing. Rows were strong and the pull-ups got better each set. Dead Lift 180x4 190x3 200x2 215x1 BB Press 90x8 95x8 100x6 115x4 Pendlay Row 100x8 105x6 110x4 125x2 Pull Ups (8x5 intraset) 40
