Shoulders this morning, and a little arm work.

I did a few sets of lateral raises and overhead presses to warm up, then got to it.

clean and press-
95x8
95x10
95x12
95x12
95x10

Rear delt row-
95x12
95x15
95x10

Curl/front raise/overhead triceps extension superset-
45x5-15
45x5-15
45x5-15

Good pump from this session. The bodybuilder in me wants some sweet boulder shoulders, so I chased the pump and caught it quite successfully.

My wife and I have taken to cooking chicken breast in the slow cooker and shredding it, then keeping it in the fridge, ready for use. It's awesome to have fresh chicken ready to go, and much cheaper then buying the packaged stuff. After I trained I made a couple burritos with the chicken and ate them up. My bodyweight was 220 a couple weeks ago. I was 228.8 this morning and should be over 230 soon.

My running still feels pretty strong, other then the pain from my back pumps which doesn't get bad until 2.5-3 miles into a run, and my pullups feel good too. Hopefully once I get this cycle over and cut those things will get REALLY good.

At least, that's the hope.

Just spent $170 at the grocery store. 54 eggs, tons of steak and chicken, 3 loaves of wheat bread, potatoes for baking and oats and brown rice for carbs.

It's time to crank this thing up.

I prepared myself to pick it up in the kitchen. Today it's time to pick it up in the garage. No more being satisfied by single exercises, or just going heavy. If I want to reach all the goals I have, I need to go get them.

Today was a good day.

Deadlift-
135x5
225x5
275x5
315x3
345x3
345x3
345x3
345x3
345x3

ATG close stance squats-
135x8
135x10
135x10
135x14

Lunge walk-
95x15 steps per leg

Lunge walks will MESS YOU UP! They get me really out of breath, even worse than high rep squat sets. The squats were true ATG. I didn't even worry about my butt tucking under, since it was a lighter weight.

I only have 390lb of iron here, so I need to get some more weight to keep going heavy on deadlifts. For now I'll work on explosiveness with the weights I have.

CRAZY back pumps. I was prepared for them, especially considering I was doing deads, but that doesn't make them any less extreme. I've been at 30mg of superdrol per day for the entire cycle, and I'm going to stay there until the cycle is over.

I've also been drinking an insane amount of water. I read that it was important to do so while on, a notion confirmed by all the bodybuilders I've seen with gallon jugs of water at hand all the time. It sucks to have to piss all the time, but it's nice to be well hydrated.

Truth be told, I wanted to do more squats, but we have a run in the morning. Also, I'm going to do upper back and abs later this evening. I keep forgetting abs, and I really need to work on them to get my situps up while I'm on cycle.

Back and abs, as promised. No plan though, just lots of pullups and situps. Got my pump on, ate some pizza, and soon it's off to bed to get some sleep before the run in the morning.
