I do have more in me. I was really tired when I did this session. I'm not really sure what you mean though, being "over the bar a bit with your hips on the high side." What does that mean?

My form was really bad on these. It's good to be filming myself now. It's so helpful just to see what's really going on, but my major form issues on these deads were from a tired upper body.

I have a PT test Tuesday, so today I just did a light squat session to get the blooc pumping and loosen my body up. Tomorrow I'll be walking alot, which should help keep me loose to, then Tuesday it'll be time to show what I've got.

Squats-
45x8
135x10
135x10
135x10
135x10
135x10
135x10

Squatting 135 is almost laughable now. I might as well have had no weight on my back at all. It's nice to be strong.

I think it's finally time to bring the great bulk to a close. It's been a success, if you ask me, and I'm the most important person in this particuliar thread, so I'm sticking with it. I've gained 20lb of bodyweight, but added far more than that to my total, including adding almost 100lb to my deadlift, and also reaching the elusive 3 plates per side bench press. I feel strong, and it feels great!

BUT, I also feel slow, and kind of fat. So it's time to move to the next phase of my training and therefore, a new log.

Fat, slow but strong. That's how it's done.

Thanks. It was awesome to focus on strength and make my first real progress in a while, strength-wise.

I'm not going to lie, I can't wait to get fast again and get my running back. I'm also happy to get rid of this gut I've developed.
