It's true. I've been off the Sdrol a week and have dropped 5+lb in that time, yet I continue to develop strength-wise. Like I've said, I'm NOT giving up my strength, and I'll fight for it if I have to. If I keep on this track then within the next 2 years I can have a 3x bodyweight deadlift, 2x squat and 1.75x bench. I may even look into competing, something I never thought would be worth it.

Bench/upper body day.
Bench press- 45x8 135x5 225x3 275x1 305x1 295x3 PR (video) Paused speed bench (supersetted with pullups) 225x3 225x3 225x3 225x3 225x3 Wide grip pullups- BWx5 BWx5 BWx5 BWx5 Upright rows- 95x12 95x12 95x15 95x20 My goal was to get 3x295 today. I got it no problem, and as you'll see in the video, got greedy and tried for a 4th. I know better than that, and I'm annoyed with myself. I always set goals, and stick with them even if I think I can get more. It's the reason I hardly ever fail lifts, and I believe it's a key to my success as of late. Hopefully I won't make this mistake again. BUT, I got my PR, and the pullups felt great too, so I'll take my successes and drive on.

Second session of the day. I've been getting progressively sorer all day, including my shoulders, back, and biceps, so I knew this sessions would be a beast. I set my sites on a PR, instead of trying to worry about a full session.
Deadlift- 135x3 225x3 295x1 345x1 395x1 415x3 PR (video below) 415x2 415x1 You'll see in the video that my form isn't too great. This is what happens when you train your upper body then try to do heavy deadlifting later in the day. BUT, I got my PR. Tomorrow is a new day. I think one of the reasons that my deadlift has developed so quickly is my bad lifting situation. Since I have to lower the bar slowly with every rep I'm basically doing tons of negatives. I'm sure that has something to do with getting stronger so quickly.

Nice work. Have a lot more in you too. You are over the bar a bit with your hips on the high side. Just a few minor tweaks needed and I bet you'll add 30-40 pounds fast to that PR.
