Goals are to Squat ~800lbs, Bench 500lbs, Deadlift ~700lbs. My last meet (which was my first) I totaled 1796lbs (Squat-700lbs, Bench-468lbs, Dead-628lbs). more than enough time to reach these goals ( I left some lbs on the platform as the squat and dead went much smoother than expected after i reach my minimum # of posts ill put videos up )we are currently finishing up our last Block Periodization cycle and getting ready for our 12week training cycle.

Thats the goal, with it only being my 2nd meet I just wanna hit as close to 800 on squat and as close to 700 dead as possible. but if i dont hit minimum of 500on bench ill be upset.
