1/2/2013 Deadlift Emphasis Week 1 of 12
Deadlift @ 70% bar x 10 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 3 405 x 3 440 4sets of 3reps (70%) 1.5" Deficits w/ 160lbs of chains 8rpe. Than drop off -8% of rpe 8 225lbs+chains x 3 315+chains x 3 365+chains x 4 (rpe 8) 335+chains 3sets of 4reps (-8% of rpe8) 1 1/2 Squats + 80lbs of chains bar+chains x 3 145+chains x 3 235+chains 3sets of 4reps felt good today, hips felt amazing - focused on opening up during stretching- here is video - critique it please, need all the help I can get.

Nice looking deads, couldnt see anything that stuck out in my mind as "wrong". Pulling from the deficit will pay off big in the end! I hate deadlifting in shorts, bar always seems to get caught on them.
Really strong benches as well! Nice to feel that kind of weight in your hands!
