Just watched this... Liked it... Gave me some training ideas... I like the 1-1/2 squats. Never say those before.

Alright now that christmas is family time is done, back to having some fun!? Lol not sure what sparked todays bench fun - but it was weird lol did reps!?
12/26/2012 Bench fun (literally all I did was bench today) Warm up(normal foam roll, mobility, etc) Starting benching lol Bar (with pvc pipe under back) x 20 135 (pvc) x 20 185 (pvc) x 20 225 (pvc) x 10 315 x 10 (this is where we start recording) 365 x 10 405 x 8 (actually 7, the 8th had a little guidance, i was drifting towards the rack) 430 x 3 455 x 3 2board dropped off and did some more reps 315 x 18 225 x 37 lol not sure why I did all this, was kind of our welcome back lets have fun day lol I dont suggest doing this to anyone lol.
