in all honesty, i was a little nervous w/ just unracking that 760, we switched stands, and where i normally put my hands the jhooks were, so i kinda had to lift it up with my back and get my hands in place... i felt strong but nervous at the same time. im sure when i get to an ER rack, well i hope, ill feel more confident. im in a mindset now where its either give it everything or dont even go down there. took awhile to hit this mindset, but after some phone calls and some good convos with some people it got me mentally ready for this meet

Speed and cardio

Started it off with 45minutes of some cardio - involved some prowler sled drags/pushes, kettlebell swings, and even integrated some kegs.

Bench

275 x 2 x 5stes (~1min rest between each set)

Squat

405 x 2 x 5 sets
(~1min rest between each set)
Deadlift

300 x 2 x 5sets (kept this one under 50% since wednesday is a high intensity)
(~1min rest between each set)

felt good, little beat up from saturday but felt good.
