Squats (Front) 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 3 405 x 1 500 x 1 550 x 1 600 x 1 F*%&ING GOT IT!!!!!! Deadlift (rack pulls) 225 x 5 315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 2 585 x 2 today didnt involve much, mainly just focused on getting my front squat and damnit it felt amazing to get it!

Well,suffice to say I'm scared.
