Squats (reverse band[texas squat bar]) 145 x 5 235 x 5 325 x 3 415 x 3 (added bands) 505 x 2 595 x 1 685 x 1 750 x 1 800 x 2 735 x 3 (-8% drop off) Bench (double banded w/ shoulder saver [2board]) 135 x 5 (pvc under back) 225 x 3 (pvc) 315 x 1 (pvc) 365 x 3 (stopped here, was easy but could feel the shoulder weaken) Deadlift (w/ 160lbs of chains) 601 @top x 2 felt awesome today - especially finally holding 800. wednesday i go for a 600lbs front squat (not sure why... lol)
