(swapped 45 plate for the 100 plate)
255 x 5

Deadlift + 160lbs of chains
i never remember the progression when we start using kilo's lol.
441 + chains (601 at the top) x 3

Bench (double banded w/ shoulder saver (2board))

(didnt waste time around on this as we were running out of time)
135 +bands x 5
275 +bands x 3
315 +bands x 1
365 +bands x 4
345 +bands x 3 x 2 sets

felt good tonight, just happy the deadlift was some what there tonight.

how bad does the band mess up your walkout? seemed like you were having trouble getting feet where you wanted. Still handled it with ease, which makes that all the more impressive haha.

bands didnt really mess with it, its the damn mono lift lol - since ours is flipped from the norm - you can barely walk it out, baby steps instead of the normal walk out - lol i hate that contraption lol
