Squats 135 x 10 225 x 5 315 x 3 405 x 2 515 x 1 600 x 1 (wrapped) 675 x 2 650 x 1 Bench (1 and 3 board) 225 x 5 (chest) 315 x 3 (1board) 405 x 2 (1board) 475 x 2 (board) 495 x 3 (3board - holy hell) 470 x 3 x 2sets (3board) deadlift (+80lbs of chains) i forgot the progression lol 463 + chains x 2 (so 543 at the top) went up to where it was 630 at the top, and got 1, but 2nd was to the knees and that was that. gotta figure out this deadlift

Love the brutal simplicity of your workouts. I trained like that a lot the last 2 years. How did you get on that training, and not Westside, etc?

I went from training like a football player (maxing everyday lol) and met Michael Greeno, he said why don't I powerlift I could have a future in it.. than meeting Al Caslow also, they both love the way of keep it simple... like Brandon Lilly said "Shit only got complicated when you added the rest in. Simplify and conquer."
