Close Grip Bench + bands w/ Shoulder Saver (2board)

bar x 10
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 3
385 x 5 (rpe 9)
370 x 4 x 2sets (-4% of rpe 9)


quick easy - felt good! the shoulder saver is nice - takes away the need of having 3 people there just to handle 1 person.. perks of having al caslow in the gym lol... tomorrow is Raw day (squat variant, prolly do front squats. bench to chest, and than opposite stance of comp stance for deadlift so will be doing sumo (which i hate))

lol by easy i only ment because I had 1 lift instead of 3 - nothing will be easy today lol

lol ya... not sure what to think of today. we called all weights at 405 (except sumo) not quite sure why, but coach has a plan i guess... did i mention i HATE sumos lol the comment at the end of video (last rep of sumo) lets you know how I really feel.
