another fail at deloading... jesus I suck lol.
1/30/2013 Deadlift Emphasis Trap Bar Deadlift (first time doing this) 140 x 5 250 x 5 450 x 5 516 x 5 x 3 sets Snatch Grip deads 135 x 10 x 3 Then did some decompression with the monolift... yep I need to learn to stick with a deload and work thru it... hopefully this doesn't bite me in the ass...

Well damn! Today was loads of fun - lol.
2/2/2013 'Competition' Day Squats 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 5 405 x 2 515 x 1 600 x 3 (went way to easy) 650 x 3 (filmed) Bench 135 x 10 (chest) 225 x 5 (chest) 315 x 5 (1board) 405 x 3 (1board) 455 x 2(1board) (filmed) 495 x 1(1board) (filmed) 475 x 4 (3board) (filmed) 455 x 4 x 2sets (3board) (filmed) Deadlift + 120lbs of chains 225 x 5 315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 3 (i guess.. I was BEAT! but 'coach' said it was moving way to fast off the bottom and this is my weight + chains that I pull no matter what until its light) was a good successful day - even tho deads kicked my ass, still got some good work in. Monday is going to be a blast -.- so here comes the fun! (reverse band squat, etc etc)
