Bench bar x 10 (chest) 135 x 10 (chest) 225 x 5 (chest) 315 x 5 (chest) 365 x 3 (chest) 405 x 3 (2 board) 455 x 1 (2board) 495 x 1 (3board) 500 x 1 (soft 3 board) 500 x 1 (2board) Shoulder raises (front and lateral) 3 x 10 Band pulls 2 x 15 Band press downs 3 x 25 lol well so much for deload i guess -.-... coach claimed we were still deload since it was partial movements but oh well lol, it felt AWESOME to get this. road to 500 just got more clear.
