Squat (roughly 50%) 145 x 10 235 x 5 325 x 5 x 2 375 x 3 415 x 3 x 3 Close grip to a 3board (rpe 7) 135 x 5 (chest) 225 x 5 (chest) 315 x 3 365 x 3 405 x 4 385 x 3 x 3 Backwards sled drag (prowler +90) 15 yds x 16 (WTF!?! LOL) I admit - I HATE!!!!!!! Deload/down weeks, but damnit its a necessary evil. In 6more days we start killing it fully. and its gonna get fun and painful . No vids this week, i don't think you guys want to watch me messing around with 50%
