Squats 145 x 5 235 x 5 325 x 5 365 x 3 405 x 3 505 x 1 (2 sets) 545 x 3 x 4sets Close Grip bench + bands to a 2board 135 +bands x 8 225 +bands x 5 315 +bands x 3 365 +bands x 2 385 +bands x 2 390 +bands x 2 385 +bands x 2 x 4sets Safety Squats 155 x 2 245 x 2 335 x 2 425 x 2 x 2sets Another good day of feeling good. squats at first felt off and heavy as hell, but ended up going - gotta spend some more time under the bar to get used to it thats for sure!

Bench bar x 10 (pvc under back) 135 x 5 (pvc) 225 x 5 (pvc) 315 x 3 365 x 1 410 x 3 x 3 Reverse Band Bench 315 x 3 455 x 3 500 x 1 545 x 2 515 x 4 x 2sets felt good today, finished it up with 6sets of shoulder mobility. can't really complain bout a night like tonight.

Sorry for not getting this done yesterday - i was exhausted. Note to self - eat more during the day than just breakfast...
1/23/2013 Deadlift Deadlift @77.5% 135x5 225x5 315x3 405x1 435x1 485 4 sets of 3 reps 1.5" deficit + 160lbs chains 225 +chains x3 315 +chains x2 405 +chains x2 435 +chains x2 (rpe 9) 345 +chains x 2 x 4sets 1.5 Squats + 80lbs of chains 235 +chains x 1 325 +chains x2 415 +chains x2 365 +chains x 2 x 4sets ya... well everything felt heavy lol - just one of those days but hey its only week 4, so i need to remember this. Deload is next week so im looking forward to that - one thing i did notice is, I think i am more of a high hip puller - as you can see in the drop offs of the 1.5" deficits, felt much tighter, faster, stronger (of course its alot letss weight but it felt good.)
