Sorry for not getting this done yesterday - i was exhausted. Note to self - eat more during the day than just breakfast...

1/23/2013 Deadlift

Deadlift @77.5%
135x5
225x5
315x3
405x1
435x1
485 4 sets of 3 reps

1.5" deficit + 160lbs chains

225 +chains x3
315 +chains x2
405 +chains x2
435 +chains x2 (rpe 9)
345 +chains x 2 x 4sets

1.5 Squats + 80lbs of chains
235 +chains x 1
325 +chains x2
415 +chains x2
365 +chains x 2 x 4sets

ya... well everything felt heavy lol - just one of those days but hey its only week 4, so i need to remember this. Deload is next week so im looking forward to that - one thing i did notice is, I think i am more of a high hip puller - as you can see in the drop offs of the 1.5" deficits, felt much tighter, faster, stronger (of course its alot letss weight but it felt good.)
