Well I attempted to smash - went decent tho, now just gotta get reacquainted with weight

1/12/2013 Squat emphasis

Competition Squats (no wraps/just belt)
bar x 10
145 x 10
235 x 5
285 x 3
325 x 3
375 x 3
415 x 3
465 x 2
505 x 1 x 3 sets (everyything felt good, the plan was to stop at 415 but decided I could go a little heavier. I was supposed to do 4sets of 3 @ 75% (525) so got as heavy as i could just to get reacquainted with it. alot of warming up to reassure myself)

Close grip 2board w/ double choked band
135+band x 5
225+band x 5
315+band x 3
365+band x 3 (rpe 8) 1 set
345+band x 3 (-6% from rpe 8) 3sets

Safety squats
Back was tighening up so did light weight
155 x 4 x 3sets (2second pause @ bottom)

all in all i felt good, cept towards the end, just need to get some conditioning down. either way i am ecstatic to think it was just last week i was "hurt"
