.Friday Squats barx10 135x8 185x5 225x5 315x5 365x3 405x1 video from here down 445x1 465xfail More Squats 225x10x3 RDL 225x8x2 315x8 Calf Extension 9 plates x20x4 Been stuck at 455 for like a year now, though I've been working on and off. Don't really know how to get past the plateau. Knee has been hurting these past couple of weeks, going to doctor this Monday. |
