Bench Press barx20 135x15 185x5 225x5 255x3 285x4 more in the tank, but was using an old bar and hands started sliding out. I felt so too BtB, just leaves room for more progress.
Thursday Push Press barx10 135x8 165x5 185x3 210x5 PR...Pretty happy about this. Weighed in at 217, so almost body weight for 5 is a big improvement for me from when I started. Incline Press 205x8x3 Arnold Press 60s x8x3 Chin-Ups BW+15 x 5 BW+25 x 5 PR...first time I've used one of the chain belts...feels like I'm growing up! BW+25 x 5 Dips BW+60 x 8...hurt my shoulders wayyyy too much to continue with weight. BWx10 BWx12 Alt. DB Curls 45s x8x3 |

That Push Press is BEAST. Bodyweight+ is my goal. Did 185 for 5+ the other day. I'm sitting at 186-190lbs, so that is pretty darn close. Keep pushing hard man, it's very motivating!!!
